Make sure you clear the schedule for the 24th and 25th of March this year as CORC and MTBA are hosting a round of the Junior World Series and round 7 and 8 of the XCO National Series in Stromlo Forest Park.
Come and see Australia’s best elite cross-country riders, including Canberra’s own heroes Bec Henderson and Dan McConnell on their new Mondraker bikes and kits. You can also see the current Junior World Champion Cameron Wright. Canberra is home to some of the best young cross-country riders in the country. Can Charlie Brodie or Corey Smith beat the world champion on their home track? Will Zoe Cuthbert continue her dominant form in the women’s Junior Category? Come and see for yourself.
The National Series have elite categories and categories from
U-15 up to masters for both men and women. The courses will be challenging and technical and will test riders climbing and descending skills. B-lines are available for both courses, so fear not if you are not up for tackling the A-lines.
