The inaugural Canberra Sports Awards are currently open for nominations, if you have someone that you think has earned a high five for their achievements in our sport, feel free to nominate them.
CORC will be dropping a few nominations in and voting closes on Friday; but you’ll be able to check them out and vote on your favourite until 14 October.
Categories of the awards are;
- Athlete of the Year – Men’s Sport
- Athlete of the Year – Women’s Sport
- Athlete of the Year – Para-Sport
- Team of the Year
- Outstanding Service to Sport
- Minister for Sport and Recreation’s Award for Inclusion
- Minister for Sport and Recreation’s Award for Innovation
- Minister for Sport and Recreation’s Award for Excellence
- ACT Sport Hall of Fame Full Member
- ACT Sport Hall of Fame Associate Member
